Founded in 1997, Saigon Paper Corporation which formerly is
Saigon Paper Limited Company, developped from an Industrial Paper productive enterprise to serve packing
branches operating since years of 90. Hereafter are some important timeline
Saigon Paper production enterprise had been established in 1997.
In december 1998, to convert to Saigon Paper Limited Company
under business licence no.
2461GP/TLDN granted by People Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on
24/11/1998. Operating registration ref
No. 070165 granted by the Planning & Investment Department of Ho
Chi Minh City on 01/12/1998.
In June 2003, to convert from Limited Company to Saigopn Paper
Corporation with charter capital to
18 Billions, under operating registration ref. no. 4103001675
granted by the Planning & Investment
Department of Ho Chi Minh City on dated on June 25th,
2003
In Appril 2004, Saigon Paper Corporation factory was constructed at My
Xuan A Industrial Zone, BaRia –
Vung Tau Province with an area of 4,5 ha, and total investment capital to 392
Billions, 90,000 tons capacity / year
In July 2007, My Xuân factory was converted to Saigon – My Xuan Paper of 01
member Limited Company with
100% investment of Saigon Paper Corporation.
In October 2005, contruction of the building for My Xuan’s paper factory
workers was started.
First step : 300 families
In June 2006, Based Warehouse of district 12 was built at An Phu Đong
Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, area of
7,000 m2, specialized in purchasing recycle / waste paper and stock end-products
In October 2007, start construction project of expanding My Xuan Factory
at My Xuan A Industrial Zone, Baria Vung Tau Province, area of 6,8 ha,
estimated total investment capital of 1,700 Billions đong, to invest for
building a factory to provide hich-class tissue paper such as testliner,
coated board, tissue with capacity up to 230,000 tons/year
