Founded in 1997 with 30 of employees, after 12 years, Saigon Paper Corp. now has more than 1.300 members with chartered capital of VND 204 Billion.
Commercial headquarter is located at 2nd Flr., Tuoi Tre Building, 60A Hoang Van Thu Str., Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC - Vietnam
The paper mill (namely Saigon-My Xuan) is located at My Xuan A Industrial Zone, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Vietnam, and manufactured both consumer products (tissue, towels, toilet rolls, handkerchief,...) - 20,000 tons per year and Industrial paper (Medium, Testliner, White top) - capacity of 70,000 ton/year.
By mid-2010, the enlargement project of SG-MX mill (namely My Xuan II) will gradually operate, until the end of 2011 will fully operate. The total project investment is $ 100 Million with Tissue machine provided by Andritz AG (the lastest technology - PrimeLine) and Stock Preparation system provided by Kadant Lamort. Other renown suppliers included Eimco, Voith, ABB, Demag,... Not only able to provide top quality tissue products, the My Xuan II also will be able to provide coated board paper for high quality paper bag and cement sack (mostly imported in Vietnam currently)
